I started Ooh Jewellery because I've lived that invisible feeling, and I know exactly how fast the right earrings can change it. Thirty seconds. That's all it takes.

Can I add a gift note?

Absolutely!

In your Cart, there's a box to write your gift message. We'll print it onto an Ooh Jewellery card and pop it in with your order.

How much is delivery?

FREE standard delivery on orders over £24.99.

Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) £3.50

Royal Mail Tracked 24 £4.50

Will my order go through my letterbox?

Most of our orders are sent in a small box that fits through a standard letterbox.

Our small boxes can typically hold approx. 3 or 4 pairs of earrings.

Larger orders will be sent in a larger box. If you're not in, Royal Mail will leave a card so you can collect or arrange delivery on another day.

When will my order arrive?

I aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of your order.

I'll notify you by email once your order has been dispatched. Royal Mail aim to delivery within 2-3 working days.

During busy times & holidays these delivery times may be extended slightly. This will be communicated in the yellow announcement bar at the top of each page.

How will my order be delivered?

I send all orders via Royal Mail.
