From one busy woman to another

I started Ooh Jewellery because I've lived that invisible feeling, and I know exactly how fast the right earrings can change it. Thirty seconds. That's all it takes.

Every piece is colourful, wearable and designed to make you feel amazing every time you put it on.

Can I add a gift note?

Absolutely!

In your Cart, there's a box to write your gift message. We'll print it onto an Ooh Jewellery card and pop it in with your order.

How much is delivery?

There may be no such thing as a free lunch but at Ooh Jewellery standard delivery is free on all UK orders.

Will my order go through my letterbox?

Most of our orders are sent in a small box that fits through a standard letterbox.

Our small boxes can typically hold approx. 3 or 4 pairs of earrings.

Larger orders will be sent in a larger box. If you're not in, Royal Mail will leave a card so you can collect or arrange delivery on another day.

When will my order arrive?

All pieces are handmade by me, Amy. I aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible & at the absolute latest within 5 working days of receiving your order.

I'll notify you by email once your order has been dispatched & you should receive it within 3 working days of the dispatch date (subject to Royal Mail).

During busy times & holidays these delivery times may be extended slightly. This will be communicated in the yellow announcement bar at the top of each page.

How will my order be delivered?

I send all orders via Royal Mail.
