Absolutely!

In your Cart, there's a box to write your gift message. We'll print it onto an Ooh Jewellery card and pop it in with your order.

There may be no such thing as a free lunch but at Ooh Jewellery standard delivery is free on all UK orders.

Most of our orders are sent in a small box that fits through a standard letterbox.

Our small boxes can typically hold approx. 3 or 4 pairs of earrings.

Larger orders will be sent in a larger box. If you're not in, Royal Mail will leave a card so you can collect or arrange delivery on another day.

All pieces are handmade by me, Amy. I aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible & at the absolute latest within 5 working days of receiving your order.

I'll notify you by email once your order has been dispatched & you should receive it within 3 working days of the dispatch date (subject to Royal Mail).

During busy times & holidays these delivery times may be extended slightly. This will be communicated in the yellow announcement bar at the top of each page.
