FAQ's

Friday 13th December 2024 is the last day to order for delivery before Christmas. This gives me time to handcraft your order & post it before Royal Mail's last posting deadline.

There may be no such thing as a free lunch but at Ooh Jewellery delivery is free on all UK orders.

All pieces are handmade by me, Amy. I aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible & at the absolute latest within 5 working days of receiving your order.

I'll notify you by email once your order has been dispatched & you should receive it within 3 working days of the dispatch date (subject to Royal Mail).

During busy times & holidays these delivery times may be extended slightly. This will be communicated in the yellow announcement bar at the top of each page.

I send all orders via Royal Mail.
